Infrastructure, Security, and Intelligence
InTsikt is an annual international symposium with a long tradition where industry, academia, and government institutions exchange knowledge and experience in information and communication technologies. The 22nd edition takes place on July 6 – 7, 2026 at Hotel Salis in Tuzla.
The symposium is traditionally organised by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Tuzla, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana and the BIT Center, Tuzla. This year's theme is „Connected World: Infrastructure, Security, and Intelligence".
The rapid convergence of ICT with power and energy systems is transforming how modern societies operate. Smart grids, IoT-enabled infrastructure, AI-driven optimisation, and cybersecurity challenges are redefining reliability, efficiency, and resilience. InTsikt 2026 brings together researchers, industry experts, policymakers, and practitioners to explore interdisciplinary solutions at the intersection of digital connectivity and energy systems.
InTsikt je pokrenut kao inicijativa Fakulteta elektrotehnike Univerziteta u Tuzli, s ciljem okupljanja stručnjaka, istraživača i studenata radi razmjene znanja i ideja u oblasti informacionih i komunikacijskih tehnologija.
Kroz godine, prerastao je u međunarodni događaj koji povezuje akademsku zajednicu, industriju i državne institucije iz cijele regije.
Topics of the symposium follow the latest trends in the ICT engineering domain, contribute to development in the region, and facilitate cooperation with European Union countries. INTSIKT 2026 covers all topics related to the digitalisation of society and includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
